URAS ER34 Wide Body Kits

A full width of 1895mm! URAS’s first full wide-body!

Widened on each side by 75mm at the front and 85mm at the rear!

Ken Nomura, affectionately known as “NomuKen” has been an active driver and top performer in the D1GP series. At his shop, URAS, he has steadily been releasing parts in the drift scene that showcase his extraordinary sense of style and ideas.

URAS has introduced a new kit at Tokyo Auto Salon each year. In 2020, more than 10 years on appearing at Auto Salon, they bring a full widebody kit for the ER34 Skyline. Announed last year, this kit is named “Wide Type R” and is surprisingly their first full widebody kit.

The theme for this project is “Beyond BNR34: An FR ER34 Skyline”. The bumper adopts a GT-R motif and the bottom has an under canard giving the face an aggressive look.

The front fender adds 75mm each side, and the rear of the front fender has an outlet duct similar to a NISMO fender.

The rears add 85mm width to each side. The blister fenders are noticeably wider than stock. If you look at the fuel cap opening, you’ll see just how much width the fender really adds.

As with the front bumper, the side skirts and bottom of the rear bumper also incorporate a flared canard shape that continues all around the underside of the car.

“I made the bumper wider to match the fenders. I want to go even wider but I don’t like a rough break between the bumpers and fenders because it ruins the overall look of the car. The full kit will consist of front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper and the front and rear fenders,” says NomuKen.

At the time of its exhibition at Tokyo Auto Salon, it is still in the prototype stage. Very small details will be reviewed and likely altered but have the look seen here. “The 34 Skyline Festival will be held in March at Fuji Speedway. By that time, I want to have the kit in its final form and the car fully painted. I’ll bring that demo car to the event and sales will begin from that time. I’m looking forward to its completion and release,” says Nomura.
